Considering I created this deck, it is a little hard for me to unbiasedly review it, so let me tell you about it and what I feel is special about it and why I was inspired to create it. When I created this deck in 2012 there were only a few crystal decks out on the market. Most of them I felt were not a good representation of the crystals. In fact, with over 20 crystal decks in my possession right now I still feel that way. You can say that I’m picky when it comes to photography. While there are decks out there that have a beautiful photo of one crystal, like Judy Hall’s “Crystal Wisdom Healing Oracle” deck, I wanted one that showed multiple examples of crystals. All of the crystals in the photos are ones from my own collection plus I combined crystals from both of my parents and both of my sons. I wanted to use crystals that would be similar to what most of you would have in your collections. I worked with multiple crystals per card to show variations that each crystal can have.
One of my favorite things about oracle decks is when they offer a brief message to help you know what that card is about. Some crystal decks have only the photo and name of the crystal, which requires you to know about that crystal in order to be able to use it in a reading or you have to reference back to the book. I added a keyword or brief phrase to each card to give you an idea of what the message of that card holds. There is a longer divination message (plus metaphysical properties) for each crystal in the PDF booklet that goes along with the deck.
In addition to the brief divination message on the cards, I have also brought the chakras and elements of each crystal into play. This can help bring even further depth to the reading. For example, if you have a reading that has more Earth element cards than any other element then you know the message has a strong connection to every day earthly matters like work. A reading that has a lot of Throat chakra cards could indicate problems with communication and work is needed at the Throat chakra.
The cards have a border around them that match the color of their primary chakra. At the bottom of the card you’ll find the divination message, the symbol for the chakra, and the symbol for the element. The information for what each chakra means and each element is included in the PDF booklet and also in the information cards that are included with the deck.
The following reading is the exact message and information that is included in the guide that accompanies this crystal deck for the card shown above. It is an example of what you can expect for each card entry in the book.
CLEAR QUARTZ — Inner strength brings success.
Clear Quartz is the most versatile crystal. It is a master healer that can be used for any condition due to its high receptivity to programming. Clear Quartz works with all of the chakras and is the perfect crystal to be used as a substitute in place of other crystals. Clear Quartz can absorb, release, store, cleanse, regulate, and amplify energies. If you were to only have one crystal in your collection, this would be the one to have.
Clear Quartz’s Message:
You can do anything that you want to do. Look inside of yourself. There is a strength inside of you that you need to tap into. By doing so, you will have all that you need to be happy in life and to attract what you desire that is for your highest good. Believe in yourself. You have the inner strength to bring success.
• Alternative divination meanings: New beginnings. Clarity and understanding. If looking for a yes/no answer Clear Quartz indicates YES.
All Chakras but emphasis on the Crown Chakra and Storm Element.
• Crown Chakra: “I understand” — Spirituality and Enlightenment — Primary negative emotion: Attachment
Bliss, channeling healing energy, connection with the Divine Source (God, Goddess, All That Is), connection to the Universe, consciousness, devotion, divine awareness, enlightenment, experience of higher planes, faith, merger with Higher Self, oneness with all, optimism, peace, religiosity, selflessness, self-realization, spiritual growth, spiritual understanding, spirituality, wholeness.
• Storm (Spirit) Element: The Storm element is a combination of all of the other elements. It relates to renewal, cleansing, purification, and power.
