My Review

I recently reviewed “The Crystal Deck, which is a deck that is geared more towards learning about crystals. That prompted me to purchase this deck “Crystals & Stones Learning Cards” which is strictly a learning deck. I’ll admit, I am super impressed with this deck. As of when I am reviewing this deck (June 10, 2019) this is the best deck that I have seen so far when it comes to a learning deck. This is a flashcard style where the front has a photo of the crystal and the back says the name and properties of the crystal. I personally like the fact that the cards include the associated chakras and the MOH’s hardness of the crystal. They also include the location of where the crystal can be found, which is a nice little bonus.

The deck is a lightweight, but durable cardstock. They are a nice size and easy to handle.

My favorite part of this deck is the photography. Each card features a variety of what that crystal can look like in tumbled and raw form. In my opinion, that is important when it comes to learning about crystals. Off the top of my head, I can’t think of any books that offer that feature as of the time I am writing this. In the video above I flip through each and every card so you can see what the photos look like.

In addition to the 70 crystal cards, this deck also comes with 7 chakra information cards. The chakra cards include the following information: Color, stone colors, physically governs, emotionally governs, and symptoms.

The deck does come with a small paper booklet. The booklet does not contain any additional information about the cards. Rather it includes a bit of information about ways to work with crystals.

For someone who is looking for a divination deck, this will not be the deck for you. However, if you are looking for a deck to use as flashcards to learn more about crystals then this deck is perfect.

The following reading is the exact message and information that is included on the back of the card for the card shown above. It is an example of what you can expect for each card in this deck.
