Crystals for ADD and ADHD (Attention Deficit Disorder): Work with Lepidolite for ADD or ADHD. Carry with you (or your child). You can also place it under their pillow if they can’t or won’t carry it with them. This way it can work with them and help them while they sleep.
Top Recommended Crystals: Lepidolite
Additional Crystal Recommendations: Azurite, Charoite, Fluorite, Sodalite.
ADD and ADHD are associated with the Third Eye chakra.
In addition to Lepidolite my oldest son, who is also ADHD, has recommended Charoite, Sodalite, and Lapis Lazuli (his personal favorite). These can help bring a calming energy into their lives. From our experience, although these do not cure ADHD, they do help calm the child and offer them more focus. My son says he feels a lot better when he carries it with him or even makes a small grid in his room with these crystals.
Meditation can also greatly reduce the symptoms of ADD and ADHD. I know how hard that can be! My son says his mind races too much for it. A guided meditation is something to try if you or your child has problems with ADD/ADHD. There are many other forms of light meditation. The goal is to calm and focus their mind. Drawing or any kind of crafts and artwork is an excellent form of light meditation. My oldest son’s favorite thing… reading!
I also want to add that from our personal experience electronics like video games, ipads/tablets, even TV can make ADHD worse. If my son has had too much electronic stimulation he has less self-control and typically becomes irritable easier. We limit the amount of electronics the kids (both of my boys) are allowed and we have found that it really helps them.
Crystal Suggestions: I offer multiple crystal recommendations so that you can intuitively choose the crystal or crystals that will work best for you. Pick your favorite crystal or try a combination of them to find your perfect crystal prescription.
